Spoonful Of Sugar Birthday Challenge

I made this card for A Spoonful of Sugar's Happy Birthday Challenge.  Another older High Hopes stamp (can you tell I love them!)
Colored with Copics, used Stickles on the balloons and embossed the center pink strip.  Thanks for stopping by!
