Challenge 148 at Cute Card Thursday this week is a 123 combo, mine is 1 image, 2 papers, 3 flowers.  Used this so cute image from High Hopes, colored with Copics.  Added Stickles to the bubbles and the dots on mama's shower cap.  Paper is Stampin Up.
