Penny Black A Lil Sunshine For A Rainy Day

We have been beyond spoiled with our weather here the last two weeks - it was 80 this week!  All the flowers are really confused just hoping we don't get a blizzard now!  Today it's cooler and rainy which is ok we are inside still packing.  We move on Friday and we cannot wait.  I got all my furniture for my new craft room and picked out new curtains and a chair cushion for my brand new comfy chair.  I haven't had a ton of time for cards but I did make this one with a cte Penny Black image.  I'm entering this in the Penny Black Easter challenge and Cute Card Thursday's Anything Goes challenge.

Clean and simple was a rough challenge for me lol!  But that's why they call them challenges.  I couldn't imagine not putting flowers on a card but here is my cutie Audrey.

Penny Black Chicken

I just love the chickens by Penny Black!  I'm trying to convince Mark when we move that we need chickens.  So far it's not looking good lol!

Colored this cutie with Copics, the flowers are from Wild Orchid.  We are running around like lunatics packing up the house cannot wait to move.  Hope everyone is having a good week the weather has been gorgeous I even broke out my flip flops!

Lazy Sunday

I haven't done much card making this week, we've kicked it into high gear packing.  Three more weeks and we will be in our new house.  Can't wait.  I went and picked up some furniture for my new craft room yesterday.  New table and chair and some shelving.  I think I'm most excited about my craft room! 

Here is a High Hopes image for their challenge "It's Not Easy Being Green" and also for Cute Card Thursday's sketch challenge.  I don't normally do sketch challenges I have trouble listening to direction and I hope this isn't to loose of a interpretation!!  Also submitting this in Pollycraft Monday's challenge Spring is Sprung.  It's gorgeous here today and supposed to be warmer all week yay!!

The Stamping Boutique Pearls And Swirls

This challenge was right up my alley!  We are doing weekly challenges now at The Stamping Boutique! 
This week is pearls and swirls and the design team has come up with some amzing projects.  I love all my swirly punches and it's rare that I don't add some pearl bling somewhere on my card.

The Stamping Boutique Shaped Cards Challenge

This was another very challenging challenge for me!  I don't normally make anything other than square cards with the occasional rectangular card.  I used my Nesties to cut the circle card out.  Check out the Stamping Boutique Challenge Blog to see the other amazing projects the design team has created.

Colored this adorable Audrey with Copics, paper is Doodlebug as is the button at the center of the flowers.  Hope everyone is having a good week we are supposed to get some snow, we've been so spoiled with such a mild winter.

LOTV Mice

These little cuties are so cute!

Colored with Copics, paper is old Close To My Heart paper, flowers are Wild Orchid.  Hope everyone had a nice weekend.  I think we managed to work out all the details of the sale of our house and the purchase of the new house so if things continue to go well we will be moving at the end of March and I will finally be out of the basement and have a craft room!!!  Yay yay yay!!!!!  Have a good Monday everybody.

Crazy Animals

This is usually what I'm looking at when I'm at my "craft bar".  The cats line up and stare at me and try at random times to jump on the bar so they can sit on my lap.

The funny part is as soon as the camera came out they ALL turned around.  They are so fresh.  This is looking up the stairs - notice the crazy tiny Chihuahua at the top.  He doesn't go up and down the stairs and he gets so mad when they are on the stairs.  He stands at the top and paces and whines.
